Shipping policy

Shipping Time
We process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. To begin a return, please contact us.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
